We DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING at this time.

PICK-UP POLICY

All products purchased through our online store are available for pick-up only at our Kelowna location. Orders will be prepared once payment is received in full. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up, along with available pick-up times. Please ensure you collect your products during the designated times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No Refunds are provided on gift cards or services.

Retail Products: Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available on retail products only. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in sellable condition:

- Unused

- In undamaged, original packaging
